From the Team

Term 1 has been hectic in all respects, including on the sports front.  It is pleasing though to report that despite this, things have run reasonably smoothly.  We have a number of teams competing with pride and passion for Hampden Street School in cricket, volleyball, mini soccer, hockey and rippa rugby.  The key to this is you, the parents and caregivers!  We have a super number of keen parents willing to give up their time in order to ensure that their children make the most of all opportunities that are offered to them.  So from us, the HSS staff and kids, we thank you and hope you have enjoyed it enough to be willing to help out again in the future.

We welcome Jason Merritt to the Hampden Street School sports team this year.  Jason takes over from James Lowe.  His role includes working with the sports squad, taking lunchtime activities and assisting with teams and events where necessary.
